 Dr. Jack Paulk was born and raised in Ocala, Florida, attended college at The University of Florida in Gainesville, and medical school at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He received his Urology specialty training at University Hospital in Jacksonville, and has lived with his wife and family in Ocala since 1983. He is certified by the American Board of Urology.
